Accessory Specifications

The configurations we use are larger than those of our peers be-cause we strictly select and manage accessory suppliers and only establish cooperative relationships with strictly screened high-quality suppliers.

The quality, performance and reliability of all accessories are subject to our standards and requirements. We establish long-term partnerships with suppliers and conduct regular quality assessment and supervision to ensure the consistency and stability of accessories.

Technical Process

In terms of technology, we use platinum technology to make the product more tear-resistant.

And a secondary vulcanization step will be performed to improve the anti-aging properties of the product. We continue to introduce advanced production processes and equipment, and invest a lot of resources in research and development and improvement of technology and processes. During the production process, we strictly follow standardized processes to ensure product accuracy.

Quality Inspection

All our tests comply with the GB/T-12706.4-2020 standard, includ-ing strict shielding testing, AC power frequency withstand voltage testing and partial discharge testing, and each test has a test report. We conduct comprehensive inspection and testing on every link to ensure that the products comply with national and industry standards.

We also continue to introduce advanced quality testing technolo-gies and methods to improve the efficiency and accuracy of prod-uct quality control.
