(H) GW4 outdoor high-voltage isolating switch is used for three-phase AC 50Hz outdoor high-voltage electrical equipment. It is used to open and close the lines when there is voltage and no load, and to connect electrical equipment such as high-voltage busbars and circuit breakers to be repaired and live It is used for electrical isolation of high-voltage lines and can also be used to switch small capacitor or inductor currents. Main structure and characteristics
1. The isolating switch is a double-column horizontal rotary type, which is composed of a base, a column insulator, a terminal block, a left and right contact assembly, a grounding knife, etc.
2. The contact finger and the contact finger base are connected by a shaft socket, and the wiring board and the contact rod are connected by a copper soft connection, which greatly reduces the main circuit resistance of the product compared with the old structure.
3. The lower ends of the two pillar insulators are fixed on the rotating disc at the upper end of the bearing seat. The left and right contacts are respectively fixed on the upper ends of the pillar insulators. The operating mechanism drives the rotating disc so that the pillar drives the contact arm to rotate 90 degrees. The other pillar's The rotating disc rotates 90 degrees in the opposite direction due to the pull of the cross link, so the blade opens or closes to one side. The contact spacing is large and there is sufficient margin for insulation and isolation to ensure safety.
