Product Details

(H)GW13 neutral point high voltage disconnector is designed for three-phase AC 50Hz system and is used to open and close the neutral point of transformer when there is no load. Its features include waterproof turntable, low resistance contacts, durable conductive materials and improved structural coordination. It is suitable for 63kV to 110kV substations and can be operated manually or electrically.
1. Unipolar V-shaped double-column rotary structure, which occupies a small area and is mainly composed of a base, pillar insulators, conductive circuits, operating mechanisms, etc.
2. Two insulating pillars are installed at an angle of 50 degrees on the bearing seats connected to the base, and the gears are used to achieve meshing transmission. The conductive gate is divided into two halves, which are respectively fixed on the pillar insulators. The contact of the contacts is in the middle of the two pillars.
3. When the operating mechanism acts, one column of the pillar insulator is driven to rotate 90°, and the other column rotates 90° at the same time due to the meshing of the gears, so the blade opens and closes to the same side, and there is sufficient margin for insulation after opening. Isolating the fracture, the positioning device on the operating mechanism can ensure that the contacts are in the correct contact position or breaking position, thereby ensuring its safety
4. It can be equipped with the CJ6G perfect and improved electric mechanism, and can also be equipped with the CS17IV perfect and improved human mechanism. The manpower mechanism can also be equipped with the new DSW4 electromagnetic lock
5. This product has the advantages of reliable performance, safe operation, simple structure, and convenient installation and maintenance.
